Puzzle was founded by experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneur Sasha Orleff, previously Founder and CEO of Lendup. In the highly-competitive fintech space, where quick go-to-market is essential, the company had to move rapidly. To validate the market and get user feedback, Puzzle needed a proof of concept and MVP, meaning they also needed product and engineering teams from day 0.
Within a week of appointing Fluxon, Puzzle had a core engineering team, ready to build a live version of their application. In under a month, they had a meaningful demo to show potential customers. And in less than a quarter, we built them a fully functioning MVP that was ready to on-board a large set of trusted testers and company owners. The product’s responsive layout fitted multiple screen sizes and was built on a scalable infrastructure, ensuring it was ready to launch to millions of businesses and achieve rapid growth.
